I don't know if you followed it, but the problems with scassapalle are solved. He won't camp or spam anymore, and his subnet and he ofcourse would get unbanned. Though he claimed today to been banned from an evil server (insta+rj but not sure) by hawkmoon because hawk hates him... I think he is confusing kick with ban, but afaik hawkmoon isn't even in your clan so he wouldn't be able to get a ban against him. But I said to scassapalle I'd talk to you and ask what's up, so here it is.
Is there maybe a server log of who kicked or banned, with rcon or callvote? And if he might be banned, could he be unbanned? We made strict rules, no camping or spamming the chat and if he starts again his whole subnet will get banned again without getting unbanned that easily again.

ppl get sometimes banned from our servers, if they repeatedly spam or kill their own team or do some other shit and are repeatedly kicked by callvote but reappear all the time and continue their bullshit ...

This happened today around noon and it might be scass who got kicked and banned, but I don't mind who it was. After the ban the guy did not reappear and the remaining ppl on the server could continue to play, that's it. And there is no relation to Hawkmoon and btw, Hawkmoon doesn't have rcon access on our servers

We clear the ban list every once in a while, but not today

lol not a personal assistant.. Didn't you ban him from the website here? Anyhow, i try to do the best for the community. If i (or we) can get scassa to be a normal or even a nice player we should try it.

If you say he didn't play nice i trust you and the ban is right. Though one last question, is his ip banned or his subnet? Even behind his ip might be multiple players due NAT used by italian providers, but we can only speculate about that.

No, he is not banned from here.

Regarding the server ban: I added a single ip to the ban list. I know that any bans are not really effective as long as there are no unique player accounts, but they usually help for a while so that the other ppl on the server can continue to play. And as I said: The ban lists are cleared once in a while.

Let me explain: when I enter     'evil instant+rj',  I can play fine if hawkmoon is not there.
If hawkmoon is there, then after a few minutees I get banned, not kicked, because when I try to reenter I get the message
'You are banned from this server'.
Now, if in the game sometime only  I say CUCU!   or  ihihih!  that's not flooding   by all means, you know.
And if hawkmoon get angry because I frag him a few times that's a problem of him!

And, Perry, no, RMF is not my assistant. I only asked him if hawkmoon is an admin. That's all.
If I will get banned again, my life will be fine anyway!

Short ago I was playing in evil+instangib when suddenly appeared a clone of mine that started to flood!
Guess what? I have been banned! 
I tell that for your knowledge in order to avoid banning me.
My suspicion is he was hawkmoon but of course I cannot proof that.

No, I mean banning. Right now (23:15) if I try to enter evilInsta+rj (188.40.94.69:27961)   I get 'You are banned from this server' message.
At this point I have a terrific doubt:  is that server really under your control?
