First of all thanks to 6r guys. The whole forum category idea popped up in Evil because of their view how the clan forum should look like.
Now, I'll explain in short some of the details of getting into the Evil team.
You can be interested in joining Evil or you just bum around the forum, or you want to move from other clan to us: doesn't matter. That's some things from my experience you should keep in mind.
The main point you should remember is that there's a man whose word is decisive about getting you into Evil or not. This man is Panic (his second nickname in oa is Gauntlet). There can be discussions, duel examinations, chatting about your girlfriend, whatever but if you want to get into Evil, Panic have to approve you. Hence it's a very bad idea to make him hate you or dislike you (only Evil members can call him camper
a more gentle word is "defender").
Next, do not insult any Evil member or make any Evil guy offended. You'll lose the points that could be decisive. Before accepting somebody in, Panic asks mates what do we think about candidate (or just listen to our opinion). Hence you can fail this step if someone do not wish to see you as part of the team. The other conclusion is that beind liked by other Evil is advantageous for you: they can ask Panic about you and it can boost up your chances.
There are guys (what are they thinking about?) who take on Evil clan tag and wait for somebody of us to ask "Hey, I wanna join! Take me in!". Do not do this. Most likely you'll hear some bullshit like "You're not evil enough to be in clan. Now change your name please." from us. Seriously, it is not nice to see a random guy wearing what distinguishes us as a team and doing what he wants. There were incidents when some idiots were intentionally annoying us, so we have some kind of unconscious hostility about this.
Most of guys in clan speak german and live in Germany so it is a plus if you can speak german too. It will be easier to everyone to speak with you and for you to understand others. Good knowing of english is not very important: even Panic himself hates to get into Google Translate to understand some english writings.
One other thing that is good for you is if we memorize you like a person who visits forum and/or IRC. It's not very fun not to be able to contact a member especially if he is a good player needed on oncoming clan war.
The unsteady theme is your oa skills. It is good if you are a strong player. The point is that you do not have to be the strongest between all Evils members. On the other hand you cannot be a noob. Just enjoy the game like us and train to become stronger. That's all.
Next. Be ready to play a duel vs one of Evil members. It's a good tradition to test your skills when you come into. In my case I played vs Panic when joined (i won
) and vs aanti and dXc (wasn't a 1x1 play actually) when their time came.
You want to know what is it to be an Evil member? You can listen to my opinion: it's clan wars, spamming Keep (), chitchatting with others, having fun together while playing, training, spending time on IRC, asking other clans to fight Evil, telling Panic that new forum/site design sucks (or the contrary), etc.
You can be told by any Evil member that you're in but look there: http://evilarena.de/en/members . If you're in this list then you're in, if you are not then you are not.
I guess I have to specify some standarts for entry form, but before that: Create a new topic in this subforum with your form. Do not post it there. Do not write just "hello guys, lemme join". I imagine how many lost souls will ignore this.

2) write how we can find you (irc, icq, etc) or just contact us in game
3) (not necessary) give the link to your game demo in your choice (we could see how good you are)
4) write some sentences about yourself. Describe yourself a little
